Recruitment Coordinator

3 Month ContractSummary The Recruiting Coordinator partners with the Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end hiring activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. This role helps drive an efficient, high-volume recruiting process across multiple locations while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain job postings across internal and external platformsSchedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) across time zonesCommunicate with candidates and support hiring managers throughout the processAssist with sourcing, screening, and offer coordination as neededInitiate and track pre-employment steps such as background checks and screeningsMaintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and team coordination activitiesProvide administrative support and contribute to process improvementsQualificationsHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative supportFamiliarity with ATS platforms is a plusExperience supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring preferredSkillsStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailCustomer-focused with a collaborative mindsetAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive problem solver with strong follow-through
