Plant Director

We are partnering with a leading global food manufacturer to appoint a Plant Leader to oversee a flagship manufacturing facility in Iowa. This is a highly visible role leading a 500+ person operation and driving the next phase of operational performance and site modernization.The successful candidate will bring deep experience in large-scale manufacturing environments, strong people leadership, and a proven ability to improve performance in complex facilities. A mature understanding of (TPM) and the ability to embed disciplined continuous improvement across the organization will be critical to success. With planned capital investment and site upgrades, this leader will play a key role in strengthening operations, developing teams, and advancing operational excellence across the plant.This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned manufacturing leader who thrives in high-impact environments where leadership, operational rigor, and continuous improvement drive meaningful results.
