Salon Manager

The Lash Lounge is looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Salon Manager to help lead daily operations and drive membership sales across two locations. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong sales skills and a passion for customer experience. Responsibilities Lead and support front desk and stylist teams Drive membership and retail sales Follow up with clients regarding services and satisfaction Schedule stylists and manage calendars Educate clients on products and aftercare Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas Manage inventory and supplies Handle calls, texts, and voicemails Ensure accurate booking, deposits, and POS transactions Resolve scheduling issues and customer concerns Assist with salon promotions and events Requirements Sales experience, preferably membership-based Strong customer service and communication skills POS and scheduling software experience Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented Must be willing to work weekends On-site position (not remote) Job Details Full-time $20–$22 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Lake Mary, FL 32746 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Lake Mary, FL 32746: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
