Lead STIBO MDM DeveloperRole: Lead STIBO MDM DeveloperLocation: Houston, TX-OnsiteType: ContractKey Responsibilities:Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules, data models, workflows, and business rules.Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.Data Governance: Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance.Data Management: Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations.Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.Required Skills & ExperienceStibo STEP: Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential.MDM/PIM Concepts: A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices, data modeling, and entity-relationship diagrams.Data Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services.Data Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.Desirable QualificationsStibo Certification: A Stibo certification is often considered an advantage.Client Interaction: Experience in guiding clients on Stibo architecture and interacting with them to define requirements.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
