Pharmacy ExternThe Pharmacy Extern role is designed to offer pharmacy students a variety of challenging clinical experiences over the course of their pharmacy school training. Pharmacy students are eligible to take on additional levels of clinical responsibility as they advance through school. The Pharmacy Extern will have the opportunity to apply knowledge learned in the classroom, develop clinical skills, and enhance project management, time management, and leadership skills. Education QualificationsCurrent acceptance or enrollment in an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program is required. A graduate from within the previous 1 year of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program or a graduate from an accredited foreign Doctor of Pharmacy program requiring hours for licensure could also be considered eligible. Experience QualificationsN/A Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsBasic Life Support (BLS) is required. Registration or licensure as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy intern if required by state law.
