Customer Service Representative

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* - Conduct outbound calls to customers for various purposes - Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions - Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle inquiries and resolve issues - Assist with client services and sales inquiries - Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs *Experience* - Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus - Previous experience in customer service, office, or sales roles is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
