Programs Analyst / Operations Analyst

*** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship *** Location: Irving, TX Duration: 12+ months Work Arrangement: Hybrid Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Summary The Programs Analyst supports the execution of core Specialty Programs within Specialty Programs & Portfolio (SP&P), with primary responsibility for Auto Substitution and Sequestration replenishment activities while serving as a cross‐trained backup for Fair Share allocation operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate program execution, optimizing supply processes, and enabling data‐driven decision‐making across complex operational workflows that impact product availability, cost efficiency, and customer commitments. The analyst collaborates with cross‐functional teams to resolve issues, maintain operational consistency, and drive continuous improvement. A key expectation of this position is the effective use of AI‐enabled tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency, enhance decision support, and support scalable, standardized business processes. Key Responsibilities Specialty Program Operations Execute Auto Substitution, Sequestration replenishment, and Fair Share allocation workflows to improve product availability, inventory utilization, and operational consistency. Maintain accurate SAP system configuration and program logic, including: Material mapping Inventory movement Allocation controls Monitor program workflows from intake and validation through execution, tracking, and escalation to ensure timely delivery. Cross‐Functional Collaboration Clinical Teams Buyers Distribution Centers SAP/MDM Teams Customer Care Resolve operational issues and support customer commitments through coordinated decision‐making. Reporting & Analytics Utilize SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools to analyze: Fair Share allocation activity Program adoption trends Operational outcomes Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including: Substitution rates Fair Share Exception (FSE) turnaround time Sequestration replenishment timelines Inventory movement accuracy Overall program performance Operational Support Support recurring operational meetings, issue reviews, stakeholder communications, and program updates. Manage customer‐facing escalations, ensuring timely follow‐up, documentation, and resolution tracking. Provide cross‐trained backup coverage for Fair Share Exception (FSE) operations during analyst PTO and periods of high volume. Note: Requires working a mid‐shift ending at 7:30 PM CST at least twice per month. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2–5 years of experience in: Operations Supply Chain Program Management Business Analytics Related operational functions Working knowledge of healthcare distribution, specialty operations, supply chain, or program operations. SAP Power BI Strong analytical, problem‐solving, prioritization, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
