Room Service Professional Part and Full time (Day Shift)

As an award-winning boutique hotel, The Inn at Willow Grove provides guests with an unsurpassed luxury experience. We are looking for someone to join our team. The Inn at Willow Grove is seeking a full-time room service professional. This position is Thursday through Monday morning. Morning and mid-day hours. Hourly Rate begins at $11.00 plus tips. Requirements: 21 years of age or older Menu and Beverage Knowledge Must be professional at all times Adhere to Forbes Five Star standards Ability to work unsupervised at times Lift up to 50lbs Be on feet for up to 8 hours a shift Quick and efficient Duties Include, but not limited to: Morning French press/Beignet tray service to rooms All “Breakfast in Bed” delivery Preparing set up for picnic baskets Retrieving trays from prior evening and again once the morning is concluded Keeping Butler’s pantry organized Polishing/cleaning a press pots, trays, coffee trays and coffee cups upon returning to the kitchen Responsibilities: Punctual Well-groomed with appropriate uniform Accountable for all sales/remit report ect. Occasionally, serve breakfast/lunch in the dining room
