Middle School Boys Assistant Track Coach

Qualifications: Must possess the knowledge and ability to support the track coach with technique, strategy, and enhance skill development Experience coaching track at the middle school level preferred Ability to motivate and inspire players Basic first aid, CPR, and concussion training required Effective communication and leadership skills Responsibilities & Duties: Teach and enforce proper techniques and safety measures Support the coach with organizing, motivating and supervising athletes Foster a positive team environment and encourage sportsmanship Represent Wayland Union School district in a positive manner when dealing with opponents, players, parents, and spectators Terms of Employment: WUEA Schedule B position Subject to passing post offer background checks
