As the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. Employees will be required to make outbound calls as well.Job Duties & Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from potential customers in a fast-paced environment and outbound as wellBuild rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and servicesClearly explain features, pricing, and benefits to maximize order valueConfidently and professionally handle objections using proven sales techniquesAccurately enter customer and order details into CRM systemsMake follow-up calls on non-converted inquiriesMeet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and quality metricsCollaborate with supervisors and team members to continuously improve performanceRequired Skills & Qualifications Inbound Phone Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume inbound sales environmentSales & Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, goal-oriented communicator with strong verbal and written skillsCall Center Readiness: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentTechnology Proficiency: CRM experience required (Salesforce a plus)Cloud contact center platforms (Five9 a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsMultitasking Ability: Able to navigate multiple systems and screens while actively engaging customersWork Ethic & Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to manage workload independentlyHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferredCompensation & Benefits Hourly wage + commissionUnlimited earning potential (top performers earn $100k+ annually)Monthly performance-based rewards and incentive contestsMedical, dental, life, and disability insurancePaid holidays and paid time off401(k) with company matchMust have the ability to work remotely in a space free of distractions.
