Role Description This is a contract on-site position for a Sales Associate located in Minneapolis, MN. The Sales Associate will interact with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure excellent service. Responsibilities include reaching sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, responding to inquiries, and actively contributing to store presentations. The role also involves tracking inventory, assisting with merchandising, and creating an inviting store environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional support.Sales and marketing expertise, including demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and promoting products effectively.Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Relevant customer service or sales experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
