Only U.S.‐based candidates with this industry background will be considered.Learn more at www.engineeredpartsinc.com.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Manager is a hands‐on leader responsible for keeping our production equipment running at peak performance. You will lead a team of three technicians, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, reduce downtime, and support CAPEX projects. This role directly supports our cold heading and cold forming operations, including headers, formers, bolt makers, and thread rollers.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop 3-4 Maintenance TechniciansMaintain and troubleshoot cold heading and cold forming machineryOversee installation, repair, and optimization of production equipmentImplement preventive maintenance programs and reliability initiativesSupport CAPEX planning, equipment upgrades, and rebuildsManage maintenance vendors and negotiate service agreementsTrack KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare maintenance reportsPartner with production to minimize downtime and improve throughputMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environmentParticipate in daily production meetings and communicate status updatesRequired ExperienceCandidates must have:Cold heading, cold forming, or fastener manufacturing industry experienceMinimum 5 years in industrial maintenance or mechanical repairMinimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong mechanical knowledge: hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systemsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsExperience with machining and fabrication tools (lathes, mills, welding, grinders)Electrical panel familiarity and circuit diagnosticsPLC troubleshooting or programming experience is highly desirableU.S. work authorizationTools and EquipmentCold heading and forming machines (headers, formers, bolt makers, thread rollers)Mills, lathes, band saws, grinders, welding equipmentHydraulic presses, pullers, pipe threading toolsVoltmeters, micrometers, protractors, comparatorsFork trucks, drill presses, sheet metal equipmentSchedule and CompensationHours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through FridayCompensation: Based on experienceBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Vacation and HolidaysRelocation: Available for qualified U.S. candidatesApply If You Have Cold Heading ExperienceWe are only reviewing candidates with direct experience in cold heading, cold forming, or fastener manufacturing.
