Job Description OverviewOur organization is in search of an OBGYN Physician to join our affiliated practice located in the picturesque Sarasota, FL.Position Highlights:Expansive practice with five locations; physicians have the option to choose their preferred site.Current team includes four MDs (one specializing in Urogynecology), with plans to add another OBGYN to support growth; also includes four Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and eight Nurse Practitioners (NPs).On-call schedule is 1:5 during weekdays and 1:4 on weekends.Deliveries are conducted at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, a 897-bed facility with a Level III NICU, consistently ranked among the top hospitals in the nation.Gynecological surgeries take place at Doctor's Hospital/HCA, equipped with three robotic surgical systems.Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists are available for all patients.Opportunities for mentorship are provided.Work in a family-oriented atmosphere.Compensation and Benefits:Attractive salary structure starting at $375,000, with potential for higher earnings based on experience.Significant sign-on and retention bonuses available.Generous paid time off (PTO) and continuing medical education (CME) allowances.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.401(k) plan with company matching contributions.Short-term and long-term disability coverage, along with company-paid life insurance.Malpractice insurance coverage provided at no cost to the physician.Requirements:Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.Possession of a current, unrestricted Florida State Medical License or the ability to obtain one.Current, unrestricted DEA License or the ability to secure one.Location:Sarasota is beautifully located along the Gulf of Mexico, approximately an hour south of Tampa.Renowned for its stunning white sand beaches, including Siesta Key, frequently ranked among the top ten beaches in the United States.The area boasts a vibrant cultural scene, nightlife, and numerous nature preserves, offering endless activities.With a variety of beachfront, lakefront, and urban housing options, along with highly-rated schools, Sarasota is an ideal place to settle down.About UsOur organization is part of the largest physician-owned network of Ob-Gyn practices in the country, encompassing over 900 affiliated practices and 2,500 providers across 17 states and Washington, D.C.
