We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitization standards in the dining area
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying guest needs
