Through our specialized Innovation Centers, we continuously refine our methods, ensuring we remain industry leaders.We are Sparksoft!Role & Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining applications and APIsWrite, test, and debug code with guidance from mentorsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos)Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activitiesDocument technical work and assist with knowledge sharingCollaborate with team members on assigned tasks and projectsContribute to preparing presentations and slide decks to share progress, solutions, and ideasPresent work and learnings during team demos or intern showcasesRequired Experience: Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learnBasic knowledge of: IT and Networking Fundamentals, Programming (Java, Python, or similar), Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Databases (SQL basics)Good communication and teamwork skillsCandidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 yearsCandidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearancePreferred Experience: Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learnBasic knowledge of: IT and Networking Fundamentals, Programming (Java, Python, or similar), Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Databases (SQL basics)Good communication and teamwork skillsEducation & Certifications: Enrolled/Completed a bachelor's degree or higher.What We Offer: At Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
