Job Full DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Heat Treat Operator to join our team in Berlin, CT.This role is responsible for operating and monitoring heat treating equipment to ensure metal components meet precise hardness and durability specifications.The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality and safety.LocationBerlin, CTScheduleFriday-Sunday, 7 am to 7 pmPay rate$20-24/hr, based on experienceResponsibilities:Operate heat treating furnaces and related equipmentLoad and unload materials into furnaces according to specificationsMonitor temperature controls, cycle times, and cooling processesInspect parts to ensure they meet quality and production standardsMaintain accurate production and process recordsPerform routine maintenance and report equipment issuesFollow all safety guidelines and proceduresQualifications:Previous experience in heat treating, manufacturing, or a similar role preferredBasic understanding of metallurgy or willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial environmentPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and safety-focusedIf you are interested and qualified for this position, please contact us at (203) 235-5627 or email us to apply at jobs.meridenct@expresspros.com.
