Hourly wage based on experience with plenty of opportunity for bonuses.JOB SUMMARYThis position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.JOB DUTIESServices, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systemsDetermines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairsAlways maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each jobConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingWears floor savers while in the client's homeMaintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outsideembraces and encourages on going technical training in house and independently. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industryMust display strong communication skills and technical competenceAbility to pass a thorough background check and drug screenClean driving recordWillingness to embrace continuous training and education in house and independently.MUST posses a Connecticut B, D, or S license.
