For our Operations Team , we are looking for interns (m/f/d) in the event operations minor for year 2026/27 . The Proske Operations Team is the organizational core of our diverse event projects. Our organizational talents take on a wide range of operational tasks and thus contribute significantly to the success of the events. Your workplace is in one of our offices in Rosenheim or Munich , both with the possibility to work flexibly from home . THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT Learn operationalplanning and organization of events, conferences and congresses with face-to-face, hybrid and virtual meeting formats Active participation in the preparation and implementation of events Research of materials, service providers and event-related topics Independent communication with international service providers Obtaining quotes from hotels, restaurants, suppliers, etc. and gaining insights in negotiations as well as contract preparation Support in participant management (e.g. travel booking, communication, registration, etc.) Preparation of presentations and meeting reports Current studies in event/project management, tourism, hotel management or similar Mandatory internship should be at least 5-6 months ; preferably longer First experience in the operational implementation of meetings & events, in the hotel, tourism or travel industry advantageous Independent and accurate working style High commitment to service and customer satisfaction , team player and flexibility Fluent in English , knowledge in German and additional languages are an advantage Very good knowledge of MS Office No matter if you are an early bird , a late riser or a sports break lover , we offer room for your own rhythm.
