The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing and processing invoices, handling client billing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Regular tasks include reviewing billing data for accuracy, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to streamline billing operations.QualificationsProven experience in the logistics billing process and invoicing.Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively and professionally. Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practicesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in billing software and toolsPrior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plusAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
