The Technician supports residential customers in a variety of locations. Primary responsibilities are providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving printer and desktop computer issues, and performing computer repair tasks. The technician role is semi-autonomous and requires checking in with questions, updates, and status reports.QualificationsAbility to commute to and within 1 hour of Reading, PAProficiency in Technical Support, including assisting end-users and resolving IT-related issues.Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Strong ability in troubleshooting and Computer Repair to address hardware and software failures effectively.Effective communication and customer service skills to assist diverse end-users.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) or an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
