The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. **Responsibilities:** Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs. Conduct assessments and analyze data to track progress. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
