Processing Operator 2 will be responsible for cooking pasta per standard operating procedures to ensure quality and safety standards. Start time is 2:00 PM with varying end time. Monday – Friday. What You’ll Do As our 2 nd Shift Processing Operator 2 , you’ll: Learn and follow all MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs. Always Comply with all Food Safety procedures. Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Set up, sanitize, wash down, and break down machinery per standard operating procedures. Accurately and safely follow procedures to set-up and operate all pasta cooking equipment. Monitor the cooking process to ensure that all settings remain properly adjusted and pasta is cooked correctly. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table Know and follow the HACCP and SQF programs, and standard operating procedures. Safety conscious. Have or be able to attain a Pallet Jack and Forklift license. Self-motivated Excellent organizational skills Follow all food and safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE. Team player attitude and willingness to fill in as needed. Have positive communication with others and timely reporting of concerns or questions. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak, read and understand English.
