This role is ideal for someone who has construction experience or someone eager to build a career in the trades. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the installation of various types of fence (wood, chain-link, aluminum, vinyl, etc.) - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. - Maintain tools and equipment. - Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors. - Maintain a clean and organized jobsite. Requirements: - Great work ethic and a willingness to learn. - Ability to perform physically demanding work. - Willingness and ability to travel for out-of-town jobs (Typically 3-7 days, occasionally longer). - Punctual, Dependable and Team-oriented. - Reliable transportation to get to work.
