The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations while providing administrative, event coordination, front desk, and accounts payable support. A jack of all trades!What You Will Do:Oversee daily office operations and maintain overall office organization.Greet visitors, clients, and vendors while maintaining a welcoming environment.Manage office supplies, equipment, etc.Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and workspace setup.Support onboarding logistics for new hires including workstation preparation and office access.Coordinate company meetings, team events, celebrations, and off-site activities.Manage scheduling, catering, vendors, transportation, and event logistics.Partner with leadership to support company culture and employee engagement initiatives.Answer and route incoming calls professionally.Manage shared inboxes, mail distribution, deliveries, and office communications.Provide general administrative support to leadership and office staff.Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and vendor payments.Match purchase orders to invoices and route approvals accordingly.Maintain organized financial and vendor records.What You Bring:8+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operational support roles.Strong organizational, multitasking, computer, and communication skills.Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
