Spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and advanced skincare, we leverage proprietary regenerative technologies to deliver clinically driven solutions. We are now expanding our portfolio of consumer and medical-grade brands in the U.S. across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels. We’re building a high-performing team to scale our global presence and redefine the future of regenerative aesthetics and healthcare. Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end financial and operational processes across a fast-growing, multi-channel business (Amazon, Sephora, DTC, TikTok Shop, and B2B). In this role, you will own key workflows spanning financial operations, inventory management, and accounting, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across the entire supply chain. You will play a critical role in managing the flow of goods and financial data, bridging operations and finance to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. As a key business partner to leadership, you will drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and build scalable systems that support our rapid expansion. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can bring structure, clarity, and operational rigor to complex and evolving workflows. We’re looking for someone who is both detail-oriented and business-minded, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, can build and refine processes from the ground up, and is equally confident navigating between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Own monthly close, financial reporting, and variance analysis Build and manage P&L, cash flow, and forecasting models  Partner with leadership on budgeting and financial planning  Align internal dashboards vs. accounting recognition (returns, accruals, etc.)  Support audit, tax filings, and external accounting partners   2. Inventory & Supply Chain Finance Oversee inventory tracking across Amazon, Sephora, 3PL, and DTC  Manage COGS, inventory valuation, and reconciliation  Monitor stock levels, OOS risks, and working capital efficiency  Partner with SCM team on demand planning and PO strategy  Ensure accurate inventory accounting (including returns, damages, testers)   3. Channel-Level Financial Operations Analyze profitability by channel (Amazon, Sephora, TikTok, B2B)  Manage Amazon fee structure, ad spend tracking, and margin analysis  Support retail (Sephora) sell-in vs. sell-out reconciliation  Track promotional spending and ROI across channels   4. Process Optimization & Systems Build scalable financial and inventory processes  Improve data pipelines across ERP / Shopify / Amazon / BI tools  Lead implementation or optimization of ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite preferred)  Establish internal controls and SOPs   5. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and SCM teams to support business initiatives Manage and mentor junior accounting/operations staff Act as a key operator in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Qualifications Required 7–10+ years in Finance, Accounting, or related roles  Experience in consumer goods / eCommerce / beauty / retail  Strong understanding of US GAAP and inventory accounting Experience with multi-channel businesses (Amazon + retail + DTC)  Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills  Hands-on mindset (willing to dive into details)   Not required but preferred CPA or equivalent  Experience with Quickbooks Online or similar ERP  Experience with Amazon financials (fees, ads, reimbursements)  Experience working with Sephora / retail distribution models  Startup or high-growth company experience  Professional proficiency in Korean and English strongly preferred   Why Join Us Fast-growing K-beauty brand expanding globally  Key role with high visibility and direct impact  Opportunity to build systems and team from the ground up  Work closely with leadership on strategic decisions    Compensation Competitive base salary  Performance-based bonus  Discretionary bonus  Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (company-paid or partially covered)  Paid Time Off (PTO) and company holidays  Paid Sick Leave (in accordance with California law) SIMPLE IRA with company match
