We are seeking candidates with several years of dedicated echocardiography experience in an inpatient hospital setting. Many resumes indicate experience across multiple ultrasound modalities (e.g., vascular, abdominal, OB), but for this role, we are specifically prioritizing candidates whose primary focus has been echocardiography. Additionally, some candidates list experience within a hospital system; however, their work was performed primarily in outpatient or satellite settings rather than with inpatient populations. For this position, we require strong, hands-on inpatient scanning experience, including the ability to perform studies in acute care environments.SkillsRequired Skills & Experience: -Experienced Sonographer to perform high quality Adult Echo studies as per ASE & IAC Guidelines in a premiere cardiac center.-Dedicated inpatient echo work experience is a must. Experience documented by institutional referral with a minimum of 200 inpatient cases in echocardiography.-Proficiency in valvular assessment with strong spectral Doppler and Pedoff skills.-Experience with contrast echocardiography and agitated saline studies.-Ability to work independently, recognize abnormalities and quickly respond to critical findings.Preferred Skills & Experience: -TEE and Stress Echo experience.-Familiarity with 3D echo imaging.-TAVR, Mitral Clip, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, VAD, closure device protocols.-Maintaining ICAEL-accreditation echo lab standards.-Experience using Philips ie33 and Epiq systems.-Familiarity with Epic hospital information system.EducationRequired Education: -High School Diploma or GED required.Preferred Education: -Graduate of CAAHEP or ABHES Cardiovascular Technology Program preferred.Required Certifications & Licensure: -Registered Cardiac Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).-Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association (AHA)-Experience documented by institutional referral with a minimum of 200 inpatient cases in echocardiography.Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/ASoloh Partners Job ID #L32231538.
