Construction Superintendent

Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent with 5-7 years of commercial construction experience to join our growing Florida operations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading field operations on large-scale commercial projects including Higher Education, Healthcare, Aviation, Science & Technology, Entertainment, Hospitality, or similar institutional construction projects.This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day field activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring the highest level of quality throughout construction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily field operations from site mobilization through project completion.Lead subcontractor coordination and oversee all on-site construction activities.Develop and maintain short-interval schedules to support overall project milestones.Ensure compliance with all OSHA, company, and project-specific safety requirements.Conduct daily safety meetings, site walks, and subcontractor coordination meetings.Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure proper execution of work.Monitor productivity, sequencing, manpower, and site logistics.Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Trade Partners.Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts.Maintain quality control standards and ensure work is completed per plans and specifications.Assist with project planning, phasing, and turnover activities.Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.Compensation:$150,000 to $175,000 per year annual salary.
