As a partner, you'll receive pre-sold products directly from our distribution center in California and be responsible for the complete installation of our 3-wall acrylic surround wall systems in our customers' homes. Your focus will be solely on installation—no sales, no collections, just your craft. Compensation: Piece Pay per linear ft. with adders and bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Introduce yourself to customers and explain the services you'll be performing. - Receive, inspect, and transport materials to the customer’s home. - Carry out the bathroom demolition and installation of our solid surface wall systems, including removing the old tub & tile, installing new valves and p-trap, and installing new walls and shower pan. - Install hardware such as grab bars, shower doors, seats, and shelves. - Manage the project from start to finish, including documenting work, collecting final payments, and submitting invoices. - Deliver a top-notch customer experience that earns enthusiastic 5-star reviews.
