Clinical Supervisor - BCBA
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)Center-Based | Early Intervention | Ages Under 5WHO WE AREWe are a small, center-based program with a big heart. Our mission is simple: create a fun, nurturing environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. We do this through the magic of routine, play, and exploration — think Wiggle Time, Circle Time, Snack Time, and everything in between. Every day looks a little like preschool (without the academics), and a lot like possibility.WHAT WE DOWe provide one-to-one ABA services for children with developmental disabilities under the age of 5, delivered within a structured yet joyful daily routine. Our approach is naturalistic, child-centered, and rooted in the belief that learning happens best when kids are having fun. By embedding skill-building into meaningful daily activities, we help our little learners build independence, communication, and flexibility in ways that feel natural — not clinical. Our daily rhythm includes activities such as: • Wiggle Time • Circle Time • Snack Time • Play & Exploration • ...and more, shaped in part by YOUWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe're not just looking for a BCBA — we're looking for the right BCBA.Someone who: • Is passionate about early intervention and genuinely loves working with young children • Wants to make a real, lasting difference in the lives of the families they serve • Brings energy, creativity, and warmth to their work every single day • Values collaboration and thrives in a team environment • Is ready to put their stamp on a program that welcomes their voice and visionIf you believe that great ABA is built on connection, not just compliance — we want to meet you.WHAT WE OFFER✦ One-to-One ServicesFocused, individualized sessions that let you build deep relationships with your learners and their families.✦ A Schedule That Works for YouChoose between a 4-day or 5-day work week — because your life outside of work matters too.✦ A True TeamYou'll be welcomed into a close-knit group that has your back.
