In this role, you will: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily and/or commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
