CNC Programmer

Job TitleMust-Haves:Must have high school diploma or equivalent. They should be proficient with CAM software and have a solid understanding of G-code programming, including the ability to troubleshoot and adjust programs when necessary. Candidates must also demonstrate strong blueprint reading skills and be comfortable interpreting complex engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements. Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment such as AS9100 or ISO-based quality systems is essential, as this role requires strict adherence to controlled processes, documentation standards, and revision control procedures. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling selection, and speeds and feeds, along with the ability to support production teams by troubleshooting machining issues and maintaining process compliance. Experience supporting first article inspections or initial production validation is also important.Strict No-Nos:Please nobody that has interviewed or worked at the clientNice to Haves:Particularly those familiar with AS9100 quality standards and aerospace compliance requirements. Experience supporting AS9102 First Article Inspections is also a strong advantage, as it demonstrates familiarity with aerospace validation and quality documentation processes. Additional experience working in ITAR or EAR controlled environments is beneficial, as these roles often require strict handling of technical data and compliance with export regulations. Candidates who have experience programming or machining complex, tight-tolerance components made from specialty materials such as titanium, stainless steel, Inconel, or aerospace-grade aluminum will also stand out. Familiarity with multi-axis machining and advanced CAM programming strategies is another valuable skill that can enhance a candidate's ability to optimize production efficiency.Additional Guidelines:2nd shift 3:00- 11:00pm Monday thru Friday.
