This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys supporting employees at every stage of their journey.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and facilitate onboarding for all new employeesManage employee benefits and serve as a resource for benefit-related questionsAssist in coordinating and delivering safety presentationsAct as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and general HR supportSupport recruiting efforts as neededQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience1–2 years of recruiting experienceStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skillsAbility to build trust and maintain confidentialityExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
