Certified Medical Assistant
We are currently seeking a compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our brand new Recovery and Wellness Spa. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in customer service, weight loss, hormone therapy, and Injections.
As an MA, your primary responsibilities will include consulting with clients to assess their requirements, providing informed recommendations and explanations of services, assisting clients in selecting appropriate treatments, and ensuring their overall care and satisfaction. It will be your responsibility to ensure that treatments start and end on time. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain knowledge of services and retail products to effectively promote and sell them.
Creating a clean and tidy work environment is essential. This includes sanitizing equipment, ensuring cleanliness of linens, and maintaining a courteous and empathetic approach when interacting with clients. Building a solid client base and ensuring client retention will be crucial to your success in this role.
Ideal candidates will possess empathy, care, and professionalism, with the ability to make clients feel valued and confident. Prior experience in sales and customer service is a must.

Medical Assistant (MA) Responsibilities:
Providing body treatments and weight loss and hormone therapy consultation.
Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule.
Doing consultations with clients to obtain information about contraindications, and evaluate suitability of treatments.
Advising clients on recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa services, and retail products.
Medical Assistant Requirements:
Licensed Medical Assistant
Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding people skills and warm, friendly manner.
Ability to manage multiple clients at once.
No nonsense attitude.
Situational awareness.
