Front Desk Coordinator
Front Desk CoordinatorWe're seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team! You'll serve as the face of the company, creating a welcoming and professional environment for team members, candidates, and guests. This is not a passive, sit-back role- the front desk is the heartbeat of the office and every minute matters. This role is equal parts hospitality and operational excellence. You'll anticipate needs before they arise, handle high-traffic, multi-guest situations, keep our visitor experience seamless, and help set the tone for our culture.
You'll work closely with our Operations team to elevate the overall employee experience, owning the details and stepping in wherever needed. We're looking for someone who is kind, hospitable, detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to go above and beyond for anyone who steps foot into our office.
Key responsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for team members, candidates, clients, and guests, creating a warm, professional and welcoming in-office experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area
Manage guest check-in and visitor flow using tools such as Slack, Gmail, and a visitor management system
Coordinate incoming traffic to the office, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate food and catering deliveries for team meals and events
Partner with the Operations team to support day-to-day office needs and special projects as needed
Maintain consistent in-office coverage from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
Required experience1-2 years of experience in a front desk, office coordination, or administrative role
Strong communication skills and a professional and welcoming presence
Strong email etiquette
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to adapt to a busy environment
Basic tech fluency (Google Calendar, Google Mail, Slack, etc.)
Preferred qualificationsExperience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
Experience supporting office operations, workplace coordination, or facilities management
Experience managing vendors, deliveries, or office logistic

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 USD.
This role reports to our Executive Assistant.
