SyteLine System Administrator
We are seeking a skilled SyteLine System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Infor SyteLine (CSI) ERP system. This role is responsible for ensuring system performance, supporting users, implementing enhancements, and maintaining data integrity across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain the Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP systemMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliabilityManage user accounts, roles, and security permissionsCollaborate with the internal IT team and Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support day-to-day IT operationsSupport integrations with third-party systems and internal applicationsDevelop and maintain reports, forms, and workflows within SyteLineAssist in data management, including imports, exports, and data integrity checksProvide end-user support, training, and documentationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvementsParticipate in backup and disaster recovery planning, testing, and executionAssist in maintaining system validation documentation and audit trails as required by regulatory standardsParticipate in internal audits and support quality assurance initiatives as they relate to IT and ERP systemsSupport IT and ERP practices in alignment with FDA regulations and quality system requirements applicable to a medical device manufacturing environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience administering ERP systems, preferably Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite IndustrialStrong understanding of ERP business processes (manufacturing, finance, supply chain)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGeneral knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and end-user systemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a small IT teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with or willingness to learn Infor CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)Experience with SQL Server, database management, and query writingFamiliarity with system integrations (APIs, middleware, or EDI)Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devicesExperience with Infor OS, Mongoose framework, or related toolsKnowledge of .NET, scripting, or automation toolsExperience in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, etc.)Key SkillsSystem administration and performance tuningAnalytical thinking and attention to detailCommunication and cross-functional collaborationProject management and prioritizationDocumentation and process improvementWillingness to learn new technologies and take on diverse responsibilitiesHybrid schedule with a preference for on-site presenceMay require occasional after-hours support for system upgrades or issue resolutionCollaborative role working alongside a small internal IT team and an MSPFast-paced medical device manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and complianceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCadwell Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and as such affirms the right of every person to participate in all aspects of employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, citizenship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.
