As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using our at the table POS. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Weekend availability a must, do not apply if you are unavailable on Sundays.
