This on-site role in Omaha, NE requires hands-on experience validating end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data movement, transformation, and loading across systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong SQL skills, solid QA experience, and the ability to own the full testing lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Data & ETL ValidationValidate the full data pipeline lifecycle, ensuring accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading based on business and technical requirements.Perform detailed ETL testing to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across environments. SQL-Driven Testing & AutomationWrite advanced SQL queries to perform data comparisons, data integrity checks, and test automation.Support high-level automation initiatives leveraging SQL and other testing tools. Performance & Functional TestingConduct performance testing to ensure ETL loads and data processes meet defined SLAs and non-functional requirements.Analyze bottlenecks, report performance metrics, and collaborate with technical teams for resolution. Test Planning & ExecutionOwn the full QA lifecycle including test planning, test case creation, execution, defect logging, and reporting.Coordinate with development, data, and business teams to ensure thorough test coverage. Required Skills & ExperienceExperience Level: Mid to Senior-level QA professional with a strong software testing background.ETL Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience in ETL testing, data mapping validation, and data quality checks.SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for validation and automation.Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across technical and business teams.Testing Tools: Experience with standard QA tools for test planning, execution, and defect management. Preferred Skills Experience using QuerySurge or similar automated ETL/data warehouse testing tools.
