Commercial HVAC Foreman

Be able to completely direct the administration, performance, safety, training and welfare of field personnel Review project with Project Manager and communicate the daily needs See that work is performed in accordance with project schedule Absolutely must be able to coordinate the installation of the HVAC systems with activities of other trades Be able to monitor the manpower requirements and initiate action to accommodate fluctuating needs At times represent Evolve Mechanical Services at project meetings in the absence of Project Manager As well be able to perform all the duties of Mechanic when Foreman's duties are complete Submit clear, readable and accurate paperwork in a timely manner to Project Manager PLEASE HAVE PROJECT REFERENCE THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED UNDER YOUR SUPERVISION Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: HVAC: 10 years (Required) Supervising experience: 10 years (Required) Hvac Commercial construction: 10 years (Required) OSHA: 10 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
