Clinical SpecialistWe are seeking a motivated and professional Clinical Specialist to support operating room procedures and provide clinical expertise across multiple territories. This role is ideal for candidates with either a clinical healthcare background or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience who are looking to build a long-term career in the medical device and healthcare industry.The Clinical Specialist works closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and sales representatives to ensure excellent procedural support, product knowledge, and customer experience in the operating room environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in-person clinical support during surgical procedures and operating room casesAssist physicians and OR staff with product preparation, troubleshooting, and best practicesEducate healthcare professionals on product usage, features, and clinical applicationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital personnelSupport multiple territories as needed, including occasional overnight travelCoordinate case coverage schedules and ensure timely communication with internal teamsMaintain a high level of professionalism in fast-paced clinical environmentsParticipate in training programs and ongoing product educationAssist with inventory management, product logistics, and case readinessQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experienceBackground in healthcare, clinical support, athletics, or B2B sales strongly preferredExperience in the operating room, patient care, medical device, or customer-facing sales is a plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to learn technical and clinical information quicklyComfortable working in surgical and hospital environmentsWillingness to travel throughout assigned territories, including occasional overnight travelValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredWhat We OfferExtensive training and mentorship in the medical device industryClear career advancement opportunities within medical sales and clinical supportExposure to surgeons, hospital systems, and cutting-edge medical technologyCollaborative and team-oriented cultureCompetitive compensation and benefits package
