At 4A, we don’t just deliver projects, we build trusted partnerships that empower our clients to lead with confidence in the digital age.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior .NET / Angular Developer to design, develop, and enhance scalable enterprise web applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, contribute to application architecture and design, and work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, designers, and developers throughout the software development lifecycle. This role is well suited for a hands-on senior developer who brings strong full-stack development, API integration, cloud, DevOps, testing, and modern software engineering experience.Local NY/NJ candidates only. Hybrid position.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and Angular.Translate user stories and business requirements into technical designs, development tasks, and maintainable application components.Design and develop scalable, reusable, component-based application architectures.Develop and integrate REST APIs, services, and backend application components.Develop data-access solutions using Entity Framework Core and Microsoft SQL Server.Apply SOLID principles, object-oriented design, design patterns, and clean coding practices.Analyze existing applications and business processes and recommend opportunities for modernization, performance improvement, and technical debt reduction.Review technical requirements and solution designs with stakeholders and development teams.Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, technical decisions, and development standards.Troubleshoot complex application, integration, database, and production issues.Develop and maintain automated tests and support application quality assurance.Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, designers, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders.Provide technical guidance to developers and contribute to delivery planning and estimation.Support application releases and ensure solutions meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements.Communicate development progress, technical risks, dependencies, and recommendations to project leadership.Required Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on .NET experience.Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET.Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.Experience with Angular 8 or comparable Angular applications; experience modernizing legacy Angular applications is a plus.Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and Microsoft SQL Server.Strong understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and component-based architecture.Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and web services.Experience developing scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade web applications.Experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms.Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling, including Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, or comparable platforms.Experience with Git/source control and Jira or comparable development/project tools.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsModernization of legacy Angular/.NET applications.Microservices and distributed application architecture.Advanced API design and enterprise systems integration.AWS cloud-native application development.Infrastructure-as-code, containers, or cloud deployment automation.Automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.Performance tuning and application observability.Experience leading technical design decisions or mentoring developers.Experience with modern Angular versions and migration strategies.Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, or Microsoft Azure development certifications are a plus.Why Join 4A Be part of a mission-driven, women-owned consulting firm with a reputation for excellence.Work on high-impact projects across federal and commercial clients.Collaborate in an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where innovation is valued.Access career development programs, mentorship, and learning opportunities.Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work options, and a focus on work-life balance.Equal Opportunity Statement4A Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive hiring process.
