This role will focus on our commercial clientshomeowners associations (HOAs), apartment complexes, and more.If youre someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high standards, and wants to be part of a team that values integrity, safety, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.Position Summary:As a Commercial Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for servicing a set route of commercial pools, splash pads, and spasensuring they are clean, chemically balanced, and fully operational. You will be the face of ASP for our commercial clients, maintaining their pools to the highest standards, reporting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with local health codes and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a weekly route of commercial swimming pools and spas, completing all tasks to company and health department standardsTest and adjust water chemistry using digital equipment and professional-grade test kitsHandle and apply pool chemicals in a safe, compliant mannerUse the PoolBrain mobile platform to log all service activity, chemical usage, and customer notesPerform routine maintenance tasks such as brushing, skimming, vacuuming, backwashing, and filter cleaningConduct and report on equipment inspections, identifying service or repair needsCommunicate professionally with property managers, HOA boards, and facility maintenance staffEnsure adherence to all safety procedures, local codes, and company policiesMay involved working weekends and/or holidays.Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience servicing commercial pools is preferredKnowledge of common pool systems including DE, cartridge, and sand filtrationA current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)Ability to work independently, follow checklists, and meet service quality standardsStrong attention to detail and excellent time managementCustomer service mindset with clear, respectful communication skillsMinimum Requirements:Valid drivers license with clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in Florida weatherAbility to use a smartphone and mobile apps for route and task managementMust be punctual, organized, and committed to safetyWhat We Offer:Company-provided, stocked service truckPaid training and certification opportunitiesPerformance-based bonus potentialSupportive team culture with opportunities for growthOur Values:We succeed by living our values every day:Integrity in all actionsAccountability and disciplineCustomer focus and professionalismKnowledge and safety firstExcellence in every job, every timeReady to Join Our Team?If you're ready to grow your career with a respected brand in the pool industry, apply today and become part of the ASP Americas Swimming Pool Company family.
