This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests and clients as soon as they arrive at the office.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms efficiently.Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization to create a positive impression.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
