This role supports daily golf operations including check-in, tee sheet management, merchandise sales, tournament support, and overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsResponsibilities:Greet and check in golfers; manage tee timesProcess greens fees, cart rentals, and merchandise salesOperate POS system and balance cash drawerProvide information on rates, policies, and course conditionsAssist with tournaments and outingsCoordinate with starters, marshals, and outside services staffMaintain clean, organized pro shop displaysQualifications:Customer service or retail experience preferredGolf knowledge strongly preferredAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
