We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.The Senior Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale plumbing construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.Pay$95,000 to $120,000 annually - Pay Rate Determined in Interview.Your Duties And ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionManage multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, including commercial and industrial workOversee project lifecycle: estimating support, planning, scheduling, execution, and closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsEnsure compliance with project specifications, codes, and company standardsLeadership & Team OversightLead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field staffCoordinate with Plumbing Foremen and Superintendents to ensure field productivityConduct regular project meetings and performance reviewsFinancial ManagementManage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecastingReview and approve subcontractor/vendor invoicesIdentify and manage change orders and cost impactsEnsure projects meet or exceed gross profit targetsClient & Stakeholder RelationsServe as primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and stakeholdersMaintain strong relationships to support repeat business and client satisfactionParticipate in project negotiations and contract reviewsRisk Management & ComplianceIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to safety standards and company policiesMonitor contract compliance and manage disputes when necessaryPre-Construction & Estimating SupportAssist estimating team with budgets, value engineering, and constructability reviewsParticipate in bid reviews and project handoff meetingsQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)7-10+ years of plumbing project management experience in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practicesProven experience managing large-scale projects ($1M-$10M+)Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsReports ToDirector of PlumbingBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceProfit Sharing Retirement PlanZayZoon - Wages on Demand6 Paid Holidays48 Hours of Paid Time Off40 Hours of Sick TimeLocation / TravelCorporate Office: 303 W Elliot Rd Ste 101, Tempe, AZ 85284Occasional Travel to Job Sites for Review or Job Walk.Our PromiseWe're an equal opportunity employer.
