You'll maintain files and tracking tools, coordinate updates across internal systems, and collaborate with external partners to close gaps and keep information up to date-building real-world experience in business operations, compliance, and cross-functional teamwork.Job ResponsibilitiesCollect, review, and update supplier documentationMaintain and organize supplier files in internal databases and document management systemsTrack document expiration dates and proactively request renewals from suppliersFollow up with suppliers to obtain missing or updated paperworkEnsure documentation meets internal compliance and quality standardsWork with Finance to update supplier status in ERP or tracking systemsCreate and maintain tracking spreadsheets for supplier documentationJob Responsibilities Part IIPerform professional administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibilityContribute to the execution of projects and organizational objectives when askedCreate graphs and charts for various projects using spreadsheet and graphics software with directionCreate various documents and electronic information with directionUpdate relevant data using database applicationsAssist in answering questions and/or refer inquiry to appropriate personAssist in researching information as needed for projects and other objectivesAssist in coordinating conferences and special events; assist in making any necessary room rental, reservation or catering arrangementsAdhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibilitySupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationMay support staff in assigned project based workAbility to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse culturesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED and completion of 1 semester of collegeCommunicate effectively orally and in writingEffectively utilize standard office software and computer equipmentProficient knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointU.S. Citizenship required.Taking care of our people is a top priority at Leonardo DRS.
