Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced React Native Lead with a strong background in iOS development (3–4 years) to lead the design and development of high-performance mobile applications for a major telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable mobile solutions, leading development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native with a focus on performance and scalability Design and implement reusable, high-quality code for iOS platforms Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing strategies Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries/services Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends Required Qualifications: 9+ years of overall mobile development experience 3–4 years of hands-on iOS development experience (Swift/Objective-C) Strong experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with native modules and bridging between React Native and iOS Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) Experience with RESTful APIs and mobile app integration Familiarity with version control tools like Git Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the telecommunications domain Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps Knowledge of app store deployment processes (Apple App Store) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with performance tuning and memory optimization
