About the Role As a Mid Fullstack Developer, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our employee management platform. You will work closely with the lead developer and other team members to implement new features, improve system performance, and ensure the platform meets the needs of our users.Job DutiesDevelop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the platform.Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Debug and resolve issues reported by users.Assist in the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the project.QualificationsExperience as a Fullstack Developer.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Technical SkillsMust have: Node JS, Nest JS, React Native, KotlinNice to have: Python, Django
