Job DescriptionSafety Engineer - Construction (Confidential Client) I'm working with a growing construction company that's looking to bring on a Safety Engineer to support safety across multiple active projects. This person will work closely with field teams and leadership to keep jobsites compliant, reduce risk, and continue building a strong safety culture. What you'll be doing:Overseeing safety programs and ensuring OSHA/environmental complianceVisiting jobsites, running audits/inspections, and addressing hazardsLeading incident investigations and tracking corrective actionsManaging safety documentation, OSHA logs, and reportingSupporting PMs/supers with day-to-day safety needsRunning orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing trainingMonitoring subs and making sure site safety plans are followedTracking safety metrics and helping improve overall performanceWhat they're looking for:2+ years in construction safety (commercial is a plus)Solid knowledge of OSHA and general safety regsComfortable being in the field and working across multiple sitesStrong communicator who can work with both field teams and leadershipOSHA 30 required; CSP/CHST a plusLet me know if you'd be open to hearing more-happy to share additional details.
