PLC Programmer

We are seeking a PLC Programmer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Allen Bradley (Rockwell) PLC programming within industrial/manufacturing environments.*****Prefer local candidates in Michigan, willing to start in 1 week*****Key Responsibilities:Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)Work with RSLogix / Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk / Automation ConnectionSupport production line automation, including HMIs, sensors, and drivesDiagnose and resolve PLC, electrical, and control system issues on the shop floorAssist with system integration, testing, and commissioningRequired Qualifications:2-5 years of Allen Bradley PLC programming experience (must-have)Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems in manufacturingExperience with HMI, VFDs, I/O, and electrical troubleshootingFamiliarity with Automation Connection / FactoryTalk toolsMaster's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering, or AutomationNice to Have:Experience working in automotive or industrial production environmentsExposure to ladder logic, structured text, and panel wiring
