Böhme is a workplace that values creativity, intuition, and a commitment to excellence. Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in St. George, UT. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and lead the store team to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, maintaining quality customer service, and ensuring the store meets operational and aesthetic standards. The Store Manager will also implement retail loss prevention strategies and uphold brand values to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Qualifications Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills, with a customer-first mindset.Proven proficiency in communication and team leadership to effectively manage and motivate staff.Experience in store management and related duties, including scheduling and daily operations.Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies and ability to implement safety measures.Ability to work on-site in St. George, UT, and handle the dynamic demands of a retail environment.Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
